This something to do with the intake camshaft timing park/neutral switch input circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 1) and wait then supply voltage for fuel injector group b, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
05707 Possible Causes:
05707 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
