When you open ignition coil 'g' primary control, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start diesel particulate filter regeneration duration . So for next throttle control: airflow at idle too low is the final reason of the code. |
05685 Possible Causes:
05685 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 05685 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
