05679 Possible Causes:
05679 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05679 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission control unit (j217), programming error
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
