The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 1, circuit range / performance to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck off or data bus powertrain, no communication is the final reason of the code. |
05677 Possible Causes:
05677 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05677 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant fan control 1: open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
