Diagnosing engine bar with throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so please check dtc memory of transmission ecu or change transmission coolant circuit relay, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
05664 Possible Causes:
05664 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05664 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake air heater "a", circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
