05648 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine intake manifold runner control, basic setting not completed retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), range / performance and wait then injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
05648 Possible Causes:
05648 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 05648 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
