When you open intake manifold runner control, upper stop not reached mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit intermittent / erratic or pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
05647 Possible Causes:
05647 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 05647 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, implausible message from immobilizer
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
