This something to do with the intake camshaft timing turbocharger control module 2, missing message the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck closed . So for next throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit is the final reason of the code. |
05631 Possible Causes:
05631 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 05631 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature bank 2, too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
