05607 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit high you can see the linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
05607 Possible Causes:
05607 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 05607 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator position sensor (g79), signal too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
