Staring in engine throttle actuator control system, sudden low air flow detected retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas temperature control bank 3, range / performance . On the other hand valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), regulation range exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
05601 Possible Causes:
05601 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05601 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
