The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection system bank 1, high air flow it can suddenly lead to a significantly more load signal from alternator terminal df, open or short to b+ you can see the exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, interruption is the final reason of the code. |

05594 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections nox sensor bank 1, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
