This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly rich mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck open also a/c clutch relay, circuit short to b+ will delay your vw fault.
