The problem is about reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to ground . On the other hand injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
05536 Possible Causes:
05536 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance

What To Check After Fixing 05536 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'b' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
