This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas recirculation system performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor power supply, voltage high voltage also actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
05529 Possible Causes:
05529 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05529 Code
- Inspect all the connections ecm/pcm power input, signal high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
