Diameter in engine cylinder 2 above knock threshold It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake o2 sensor exhaust sample error bank 2 sensor 1 or change a camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
05516 Possible Causes:
05516 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05516 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch recognition, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
