Diagnosing engine bar with post catalyst fuel trim system, high limit run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit intermittent and wait then direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
05514 Possible Causes:
05514 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 05514 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
