This something to do with the intake camshaft timing secondary air injection system control 'a', circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed idle speed control throttle position, electrical malfunction and wait then camshaft position signal output, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
05509 Possible Causes:
05509 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 05509 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed signal, circuit open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
