Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold flap; bank 2, stuck closed and wait then engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
05485 Possible Causes:
05485 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05485 Code
- Inspect all the connections crankshaft position signal output, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
