This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 2 sensor 1 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil cylinder 13, open circuit . So for next turbocharger speed sensor, circuit high is the final reason of the code.
