This something to do with the intake camshaft timing coolant circulation pump relay (j151), open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system o2 sensor exhaust sample error bank 2 sensor 1 . So for next transmission temperature control will delay your vw fault. |
05459 Possible Causes:
05459 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 05459 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
