Staring in engine ng high pressure valve (n372), short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor generator shut-off, open or short to ground . So for next supply voltage for fuel injector group a, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
05458 Possible Causes:
05458 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 05458 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch down, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
