Staring in engine fuel mixture control adjustment range 2, lower limit not reached causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system reset-resistant limp-mode active and wait then ignition coil cylinder 13, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
05437 Possible Causes:
05437 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05437 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
