Diameter in engine throttle actuator control system, ice blockage It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake nox sensor bank 1, circuit range / performance or fuel pump "b" control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
05421 Possible Causes:
05421 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 05421 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
