Diameter in engine fuel mixture control adjustment range 3, lower limit not reached mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor pressure control valve 1 (n215), open / short to ground . So for next shift lock, open is the final reason of the code. |
05405 Possible Causes:
05405 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05405 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed sensor 'b', intermittent / erratic / high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
