Staring in engine turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit range / performance to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high or sensor 3 for intake air temperature (g520), signal high is the final reason of the code. |
05400 Possible Causes:
05400 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 05400 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of steering wheel electronics
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
