This code were stamped on VW Engine case hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), upper limit exceeded causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck off you can see the relays for small amount of heat (j359), short-circuit after pluses is the final reason of the code. |
05394 Possible Causes:
05394 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 05394 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake flap motor 2 (v275), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
