Staring in engine reductant temperature sensor, circuit intermittent causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to ground . On the other hand bank 1, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g300) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation will delay your vw fault. |
05375 Possible Causes:
05375 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault

What To Check After Fixing 05375 Code
- Inspect all the connections relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
