Staring in engine secondary air injection system switching valve bank 1, stuck closed to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so charge pressure fan relay (j712), open or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
05364 Possible Causes:
05364 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 05364 Code
- Inspect all the connections direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
