The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault kick down switch, error message from engine contr. it can suddenly lead to a significantly more vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit range / performance or secondary air injection system switching valve bank 1, stuck open is the final reason of the code. |
05356 Possible Causes:
05356 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05356 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pressure sensor 2, too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
