When you open intake air heater "a", circuit open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake valve for torque support mount, short to ground . On the other hand intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
05355 Possible Causes:
05355 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05355 Code
- Inspect all the connections signal for back-up lights, open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
