This something to do with the intake camshaft timing pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), open / short to ground It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake control module, coding fault and wait then linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
05355 Possible Causes:
05355 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05355 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
