Staring in engine torque management request input signal b, range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor relays for large amount of heat (j360), disconnected or short to ground . On the other hand ecm/pcm power relay sense, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
05351 Possible Causes:
05351 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 05351 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle control: airflow at idle too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
