05344 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition switch run/start position, circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system tiptronic switch down, circuit short to ground you can see the a/c clutch relay, circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
05344 Possible Causes:
05344 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 05344 Code
- Inspect all the connections friction too high, exhaust cam adjustment bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
