The problem is about exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit interruption retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start event data recorder request, circuit low and wait then exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
05331 Possible Causes:
05331 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections radiator fan (v7), difficulty of movement / blocked
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
