Diameter in engine engine oil temperature sensor (g8), circuit range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start please check dtc memory of central electric ecu also intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit range / performance bank 2 will delay your vw fault. |
05299 Possible Causes:
05299 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 05299 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pressure sensor 2, too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
