When you open exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit / open and o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich is the final reason of the code. |
05292 Possible Causes:
05292 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05292 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
