05279 Possible Causes:
05279 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 05279 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
