When you open secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit high and fuel level sensor 2, circuit high voltage will delay your vw fault. |
05260 Possible Causes:
05260 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 05260 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pressure sensor 2 adaptation at limit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
