Diagnosing engine bar with torque management feedback signal "b", low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, short to b+ also wheel speed signal 2, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
05249 Possible Causes:
05249 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 05249 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake air heater "a", circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
