The problem is about planetary overdrive / low range, mechanical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), short to ground or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2, compensation wire pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
05235 Possible Causes:
05235 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 05235 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 13, high circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
