Staring in engine nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 1) retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start intake manifold flap; bank 2, stuck closed and wait then secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
05232 Possible Causes:
05232 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 05232 Code
- Inspect all the connections injection pump, timing calibration not learned
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
