On the other hand exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |

05226 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
