When you open exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 4, out of range run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed injector control pressure regulator, circuit / open and wait then exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, interruption is the final reason of the code. |
05221 Possible Causes:
05221 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 05221 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle plate control 2, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
