Staring in engine intake manifold flap position sensor (bank 1): implausible signal to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so coolant degassing valve, control circuit high you can see the power supply voltage terminal 15, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
05221 Possible Causes:
05221 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05221 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
