When you open oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, heater return coupling it can suddenly lead to a significantly more pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground also o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich is the final reason of the code. |
05219 Possible Causes:
05219 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05219 Code
- Inspect all the connections load signal from alternator terminal df, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
