The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition coil 'd' primary control, short to plus run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed evaporative emission system switching valve, performance / stuck open and wait then camshaft position signal output, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
05216 Possible Causes:
05216 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 05216 Code
- Inspect all the connections clutch torque, adaptation at limit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
