The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault engine torque reduction, short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit low or vehicle speed signal, circuit open is the final reason of the code. |
05212 Possible Causes:
05212 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05212 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed sensor 'b', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
