Staring in engine motor for intake manifold flap (v157), no signal causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle position output, circuit high and wait then camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
05199 Possible Causes:
05199 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05199 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
