Staring in engine oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system internal control module: eeprom error and ignition coil 'd' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
05196 Possible Causes:
05196 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05196 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 8 injector, data incompatible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
