Staring in engine throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit range / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit low and throttle/pedal position sensor 'f', maximum stop performance is the final reason of the code. |
05177 Possible Causes:
05177 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05177 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 13, high circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
