Staring in engine valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), circuit low input the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles a camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit high . On the other hand 'b' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on is the final reason of the code. |

05171 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 05171 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
