Staring in engine reductant injection valve circuit range / performance, bank 2 unit 1 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), short-circuit after pluses you can see the nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit is the final reason of the code. |

05170 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low

- Inspect all the connections control module 2 for cooling fan, faulty
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
